Tees School of Motoring is an independent Driving School run by myself Ian Hunter across the Teesside area. I cater for all driver education requirements from complete beginner to experienced driver. I also offer theory and hazard perception training and am registered to deliver & certify Pass Plus courses.

I am calm and reliable and have a very good overall pass rate. My rate for pupils trained exclusively with me is outstanding in this area. I pride myself on Customer Care and attention to detail with customers needs, particularly with nervous pupils where I am patient and encouraging.

I am a fully qualified Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), and for your further assurance I am a member of the Driving Instructors Association (DIA), fully CRB checked, and I hold the Stockton on Tees Borough Council Distinguished Citizen Award.

I have a wealth of experience of Adult and Youth workplace training across a broad spectrum of the Transport and Driver industry supported by relevant graduate level Professional and Vocational Qualifications. I am actively committed to the DSA programme for Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

My business is at the forefront of new DIA driver training initiatives such as Physcometric Profiling which develops understanding of pupil learning needs to help me adapt a programme and teaching style suited to each individual. I have used these techniques successfully over a number of years and am now committed to developing them in the Driver Training field. You can find more details here
